Pelletizer Model SGS The Outstanding Workmanship in conjunction with the sturdy design make the SGS Series Pelletizer developed by SCHEER BAY, the highest quality Pelletizer on the market today. The dual cutting chamber, (built-in sound enclosure) positive strand feed, reduced chance of product contamination (the bearings are located outside the cutting chamber), are just some of the practical features that characterize these machines. And with a wide variety of combined options, the SGS Series can be manufactured to suit any application. All machines have Tool-less entry for cleaning and maintenance purpose. Wear parts are quickly and easily changed. The SGS Series is designed in sizes (working width) from 200 to 1000 mm. Machine size can be determined by using 20 - 30 strands per 100 mm of working width. The throughput can be calculated if density, strand speed and strand diameter are known. |
