The X– Class Air Knife

Another cost engineered product which did not cut performance. Small footprint, simple operation, and easy to maintain are just a few examples of this feature packed machine. Built in flexibility to change from left to right direction, to right to left direction by simply repositioning the nozzles. Easily adjustable gap to control air velocity and adjustable wear bars.

The SCHEER - BAY Air Knives are designed to meet the needs of your extrusion line. Made of 304 Stainless Steel, our dual air nozzles are available in multiple sizes. This compact design consumes minimal floor space and the nozzle can be adjusted in height as well as air velocity. A large diameter wear bar is mounted inside the splash guard resulting in smooth strand movement and prevents strand snagging.
