Series Strand Pelletizer |
The SB 100 pelletizer
is found to be cost effective, easy to clean and robust. The entire range
of thermoplastics can be pelletized, from soft rubber-like to brittle,
fragile, high-density and glass filled reinforced thermoplastics. The
machine is designed for laboratory use and is also capable of working
in the production environment.

Upper Feedroll:
With a simple design the upper roll
remains parallel with the lower when multiple strands are being fed.
Pulling Force:
With the large pneumatic cylinder and
upper roll design this unit out performs all others in its class.
Pneumatic Cylinder:
This cylinder is a large 2 1/2” bore
for greater pulling force and conveniently located on the cover
