The "P" Series is a
special designed cutter specifically designed for cutting Pultruded
strands. Not just a standard pelletizer used for thermoplastics and then
converted for a Pultrusion application. Our models are designed with the
optimal cutting geometry needed to achieve the best cut with less power.
Extra precision in machining and grinding makes this model stand out
when compared to other pelletizers These pultrusion cutters already in
continuous operation for several years are found to be cost effective
easy to clean and robust. The machines are designed for extreme working
condition 24/7 and have the appropriate robust construction. |

Features: |
No Feedroll
Machines without feedrolls are equipped
with a fan type feed chute. The infeed chutes have two hold down bars which
pivot up for start up. For this option, strand must be stiff and be able to
be pushed from the puller to the cutter.

Feedroll Option
With feedroll the front end is mounted on
a slide system. This feature allows quick and easy cleaning. Another
advantage is ease of access for maintenance. Recommended for soft or pliable
strands.
