"A" Series Strand Pelletizer

These "A" Series pelletizers already in continuous operation for several years are found to be cost effective easy to clean and robust. The entire range of thermoplastics are being pelletized, from soft rubber-like to brittle, fragile, high-density and glass filled reinforced thermoplastics. The machines are designed for extreme working condition 24/7 and have the appropriate robust construction.

Features:
  • Easy Access: No tools required to open the exterior noise cover.
  • Safety: A special designed interlock system prevents ones ability to bypass the switch with a simple bolt or pen. There are no pinch points which can be reached with the hood in place.
  • Cleanability: Our robust design is extremely rugged with its slide rail system. The use of clamps makes it easy to release the pressure with out having to deal with loose hand knobs which can be damaged or lost.
  • Feedroll Gear Box: This machine is supplied with an industrial duty gear box with much higher service factor than the competitors, not a home made design which fails under high speed and heavy load applications. Our design has hardened beveled gears submerged in oil in a steel case.
  • Universal Joints: With a simple push of a button the universal joint can be removed from the upper and lower feedrolls.
  • Pneumatic Cylinders: These cylinders are a large 2 1/2” bore for greater pulling force and far less expensive to replace then the competitor.
  • Other Standards: Eccentric mounted bearings for rotor and lower feedroll gap settings
